Wouldn’t make time
Appointments are not just hard to get- but impossible. Literally. As a teacher who doesn’t have any days off due to COVID taking all our personal days- I had to try and get a day when my prep/lunch were back to back. I told the scheduler I would be around 5 mins late, and was. Cheryl refused to see me. After rushing there- 5 mins late. Ok. All I can say is I hope she realizes how much people like me sacrifice for her and her daughter ever single day only to be turned away when we need help.

Very thorough--asked meaningful, detailed, in-depth questions to understand my situation and determine best treatments. Spent a good amount of time with me--great "bedside manner"/interpersonal communication skills. Appreciated the kind way in which she conducted the appointments and appropriate follow up recommendations/information.
