Chika should not be practicing medicine! She is completely unprofessional. She had my personal medical records sent somewhere other than her office. She refused to respond to any voicemails or emails I sent in regards to retrieving my records!

Chika Achebe is the first psychiatrist I have ever seen as an adult, and I feel completely comfortable knowing she is working with me to find the best treatment. For the first time in years I can actually feel some of the stress fall off me as we slowly tweak and perfect my medications to cater my needs. She is an absolutely sweet and amazing woman, I'm so glad I found her!

Dr. Achebe was very kind to me. She was thinking outside of the box with my treatment and I was really thankful for that because most psychiatrists just want to try 600 different meds without having a basis for trying them. She looked at a Genesight test I had done and we’re formulating a plan from there.

First visit, just took my money and didn't give me any refills as I was looking for continued care since moving. Second visit, waited over a hour to be seen and finally left. When I tried to request a refund, Dr. Chika yelled at me stating I could not have a refund. I heard her yelling at someone through the walls, because I could recognize her distinct accent. She yelled shaking her finger in my face calling me a liar. She and her office staff are highly unprofessional. Just shocking.
