Christen Janney, NP

I've been seeing Christen for years. I could not agree more with the reviewer who said she has a great personality but doesn't seem to care much about her patients. She has left me in a lurch by not responding to a provider asking about a study she herself ordered. I've never gotten a call back from her. Most recently, I'm recovering from a major joint surgery and she has not answered or returned calls when I got super sick and needed some anti-nausea meds because violently throwing up hurt it badly. She seems to take the philosophy of ignoring her patients and hoping they just go away and leave her alone.

I went to see C. Janney and she doesn't really have a good bed side manner, she just carries her laptop around & thinks she's cool...I wouldn't recommend her to anyone!

I would highly recommend Christen Janney! She is a very knowledgeable and compassionate provider. Ms. Janney was able to quickly assess and diagnose my issue, and recommend a treatment plan. She was personable and genuinely interested in my overall health. Great listening and communication skills!

She is such an amazing provider. She was so thorough and took great care of my mom. She addressed all of my moms concerns and spent so much time with us. A few days later she called to go over results with us and checked on mom. I truly flet that she cares about her patients.

Seen for a shoulder injury. Went back for follow up she would not do anything about pain management was told their policy was I had to come back another time for the correct appointment to help me. Meanwhile left to suffer with a torn tendon. I would not recommend her to anyone, same poor care I’ve always gotten from SJR.

Since our previous doctor left we started seeing Ms. Janney. I thought she was going to be great because she has a fantastic personality. She is AWFUL about getting prescriptions refilled. We are constantly having to go in, every 3 months, normally it's 6 months and my husband is on medication that has to be stepped down if he goes off of it, twice, since December 2019, she's left him without that medicine and he's had horrible withdrawal symptoms. I would never suggest going to see her.
