At first, I was very impressed with her. As time went on, I noticed that she wasn't actually helping me. It was a place to vent, but not much else. But she had very little to offer in the way of useful advice. She didn't seem to truly understand the nature of my diagnoses. Also the environment for our sessions went from relaxing and friendly to uptight and inconvenient. While she may have the knowledge to be good at her job, she doesn't seem to know how to apply it long term.
