Horrible experience! Patients deserve better!
Ms Mancilla talks down to her patients. Making them feel like their condition is their fault. My wife was prescribed an infusion procedure by an actual doctor and Ms Mancilla felt it wasn’t necessary. We asked her to please check with doctor she finally did and the doctor still recommended infusion procedure despite her recommendation. Ms Mancilla came back in with more attitude and told us that they will do it this time but next time probably not. We were there because the doctor prescribed this infusion procedure! We didn’t ask for it at anytime. It was prescribed! She then told us that “ she wouldn’t expect us to understand her”. Ms mancilla is very degrading to her patients. She wrote lies on her notes! People go to Texas Oncology for help and care. This PA offers neither. All other staff members that we have encountered at Texas Oncology has been outstanding! This is a wonderful facility. Ms Mancilla should not be working at Texas Oncology. Patients deserve better!
