Christie Govero, FNP

She is so rude! She will poorly look over your records and then she denied me a referral because she was in a bad mood right after she said it was necessary. Still waiting to talk to the manager. Trust me avoid this lady!

Ms. Govero provides quality care. She listens and asks appropriate questions. She is open to feedback and genuinely cares about her patients. I see her for rheumatology but she also does family practice.

What I experienced with Christie Govero NP approximately 2 weeks ago I have never experienced in my life. I had the WORST experience that caused me stress and a flare up. I received a call from Christie in relation to questions I had regarding the procedure for my upcoming oral surgery. She was yelling, rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful to me as a person and as a patient. She refused to explain to me the procedure and process that I was to take facing the surgery and she continued to screamed that she had already spoken to the surgeon. She went as far as to yell at me telling me to STOP CUTTING HER OFF. I attempted to explain that I was trying to get an understanding and that I was the patient. Refusing to give me that understanding she hung up on me. I have found a new doctor, but I would NEVER recommend Christie to anyone.

I have been seeing her since my dr. Moved and I am very pleased with her. She is no nonsense and yet very caring.

Love,love,love her. Very knowledgeable about RA. ,meds and possible complications that arises with this brutal disease. I would never go to another provider

Not personable or empathetic at all. She did not take the time to listen to me or seem to care that I was in pain. 100% would NOT recommend.
