I do not recommend this lady to anyone! She doesn't listen to worries, needs, concerns or fears. I've spent the last 5 years in so much pain, missing out on family, friends, work and my playing with my grandchildren.
I had my husband & daughters go with me to appts so they could tell her how bad it was getting. She would take meds away & not tell you or she would change it to something she knew nothing about.
They would not send in proper paperwork so the insurance would cover your meds!!!
