Never heard back about my PAP. Called myself to inquire 5 weeks later. Then had abnormal mammogram and the nurse called to explain. She kept interrupting me as I was trying to ask a question. I have been multiple times to see this provider. I am a NP myself and it would be common courtesy to call a patient about abnormal results. Also, the whole experience felt like herding cattle. Very rushed exam. No follow up on PAP, and very impersonal follow up about mammogram. I am very disappointed.
