My elderly father had just moved here and went to her because he was having chest congestion/feeling ill. She told him welcome to the south, it’s allergies, and to take Mucinex. My father is 80, and has battled cancer twice in his life already. It was his first time seeing her as a new patient, no bloods were ordered or chest xray. His congestion quickly got worse and we ended up at urgent care for antibiotics. Urgent care performed a chest X-ray and said it was highly likely he had lung cancer and to follow up with his primary. We had the results sent to her and her office called us to confirm that they had received them. The front desk staff were wonderful. When he went for his appointment a few days later, she said they were never sent results and furthermore she did not go over scans. He left his appointment once again receiving complete inadequate care from her. No referral, no tests, nothing. We were able to change doctors and find an oncologist with no thanks to her. Zero stars.
