I always received great care at the cancer center, except one time when they had a new computer system. I can't say the same for radiology. They are rude from the phone call to the front desk. The technician are usually professional.

Nurse {staff name removed} was very thorough. And Dr. Pinter Brown is at the top of her field with regard to Cutaneous B-cell lymphoma. Her detail with a patient is both detailed and patient.

Dr. Kirk, and all the staff at the Chao center do an incredible job. They listen, they care, and they impart a warm feeling on everyone. From the parking attendants who valet our cars, to the nurses checking us in and scheduling us, it is a very warm environment.

UCI is the has the best medical providers I have ever experienced. Have been a patient at USC and City of Hope and UCI beats them both. NP Christina Kirk, DR Lauren Pinter-Brown, and DR Janellen Smith are outstanding providers.

I tried to send Christina Kirk a message through My Chart and don't see an easy way to do that. Don't let My Chart tell you they are the best, without upgrading this part of their program. It is annoying and frustrating.

Christina Kirk especially and UCI absolutely have provided me the most excellent care. I could possibly imagine, from the on set of my diagnosis throughout my treatment. There are a center of excellence. Christina is just the most lovely, professional, compassionate best provider and best care of ever could ever hope to have.
