Christina is by far the best counselor I have ever had. I never truly found a counselor I connected with or believed in until I met her. She is kind, compassionate, and listens to you free of judgement. She creates a space where you feel trusted and safe to express yourself and what is going on. She is professional in a way that she challenges you to be able to recognize triggers and things that are making you do/think/act the way you are without even knowing it. I wish I could have a therapy session 5x a week with Christina! Highly recommend!
