Christina Oleary

She was present for the beginning of my labor but not the birth of my child. From the moment I checked in, she treated me like I was uninformed and did not approve of how I wanted to birth my baby. It was very important to me to start my induction with methods that didn't involve medication (pitocin) as much as possible before resorting to a pitocin induction. She made it clear that they were busy and that she wanted to use pitocin so that I would be out of the delivery room faster. She was rude and condescending towards me, even telling me that I was not in labor while dilated/having frequent and regular contractions based solely on the fact that I didn't rate the contractions high enough on the pain scale. The attending nurses also commented to me that they weren't sure why Christina was treating me the way she was.
