So, I was interested in considering NP Adhikari if she could serve as my primary care provider through my insurance CDPHP. I called the number for the office to ask if she was credentialed under CDPHP to serve as my Primary. A woman answered, I asked my question and the woman said Adhikari works under Dr. (forget name). I said I get that but can she serve as my primary. This went back and forth a few rounds and finally the woman said she works in this office. Bad office staff! I Gave up!
