Kind considerate and realistic.

I began seeing Christina Reed in May 2020. Because of COVID, the appointments were virtual. She is engaging. We tried two medications that came with immediate intolerable side effects. After the second failed, I texted her and did not receive a response until I texted a second time a week later (beginning of July). I was in a very bad state and she agreed to prescribe a medication in pill form. The insurance requested pre-authorization from her and, three weeks later, she has not requested the authorization from the insurance. Because of this, I called to cancel an appointment she scheduled with me the third week in July. I was informed during the call I did not have any appointments scheduled with her. So, she either didn't make the appointment as she said or she took me off her calendar without notifying me. I've heard nothing from her in 3.5 weeks nor have I received a letter of discharge. Like everyone, I have a right and expectation of adequate care. I did not receive that in this
