Dr. Christina Winkelman, ND

She had a bad attitude , until I was leaving , then she perked up . I surely don't want to hurt her feelings.

Extremely unpleasant. I outlined exactly what I needed but she refused to help me. She insisted only her new age nonsense methods could be used without even some variation. Smug and completely insufferable. I thought I had put this disastrous waste of money and effort behind me until, almost a year later her staff reminded me. Dr. Winkleman had the gall to allow her staff to contact me to schedule an annual appointment. Believe what you read here.

Dr. Winkleman has had issues with scheduling, being on time, refusal to send in referrals for me, my mom and my two children for an endocrinologist. She doesn't keep track of her billing and will tell you that you owe money when you have already paid. I've had to ask multiple times for test results and have felt like the appointment was rushed or things were not fully explained. When I brought these issues to her attention she told me she's been under the weather herself. It seems as if she is using patients as a revolving door to bill insurance but never actually follows thru with her work. I will never refer her to a friend or any other family members.

Dr. Christie is many things (always late, disheveled, expensive, inadequate, selfish, etc.) but being a great ND is not one of them. Steer clear of her office --there's a lack of follow-through and you'll spend all your money without actually getting well.
