Christine was very professional, compassionate, caring and patient. She took the time to explain the many options with their pros and cons. I was very pleased with the final choice and left the office doing a happy hearing dance! The office was impeccable and the staff friendly and professional. They epitomize what one expects when thinking about excellent customer service.
