I felt like she did not have a proper grasp of my problem/expectations because the very suggestions she was making were the sort of statements that were causing my stress in the first place. And it's not that my issues were very complicated as I have been to another therapist whose response was very much different to the same problem, and that seemed to me very relevant and helpful.
