Professional and Humble
I've had quite a bit of experience seeing different Counselors and Therapists for more than 20 years. It's rare to work with someone like Chris who is 100% dedicated to helping others in just about every aspect of her life. She makes herself available via email if I need to chat before our next session and helps me work through what's on my mind. She sends articles and assigns homework related to the things I struggle with in my life. She is real and not afraid to share her successes in life along with her vulnerabilities; making it so easy to relate, connect, and trust her. She encompasses her life experiences and lessons with her advice. She doesn't preach from a book written by Sigmund Freud and has never said the dreaded phrase, "And how does that make you feel?". I truly look forward to our meetings and have no intention on looking for a different counselor anytime soon.
