I have done Acupuncture before and found it beneficial. My provider moved out of the area so I was looking for a new provider. I saw that this provider was rated five stars through Alina, where she works. Obviously her employer is only going to put high marks on their employees, so I was skeptical. She was not friendly or knowledgeable. She did not guide you through what she was doing. She did not do basic things like a care plan or having you circle your pain areas. Very subpar experience. Rather hostile like demeanor. Do not recommend. I used healthgrades, as it has far more objective ratings, to find someone else.

I would not recommend this provider. Her skill and interpersonal skills are not the same as other Accupuncture providers to. She is constantly late, and lacks any kind of empathy. Most Dr/patient relationships are a partnership, but with her it is a dictatorship.

This provider was unprofessional in many ways. She is late (doesn’t apologize), and though she lists many progressive interests - such as women’s health and mental health, her actions are from from supportive of these areas. She is not empathetic or caring. I also didn’t find her skilled.

Terrible, terrible. I am a veteran at having received acupuncture care. I tried this provider and she was far below other acupuncturists that I have seen. She typically runs 40-50 minutes behind schedule. She does not explain what she is doing, and she always ran 50-1 hour minutes behind schedule. There are far better providers who are more skilled and maintain their schedules in a respectful way. She also has an abrasive manner and is always right - she doesn’t like patients to ask any questions.
