Christine Hepperlen, NP

I had been diagnosed with a UTI. I was given antibiotics from the immediate care. After one week of being off the meds my uti came back. I called Christy Hepperlin because my previous gyne had left and she would always treat my uti. So Christy prescribed another antibiotic for 10 days. Fast forward 5 days and I’m now running a fever and they want to wash their hands of it. The nurse’s response was “well we don’t actually treat uti’s cuz they aren’t gyne related.” The ER doctor recommended coming off the antibiotic early but I called Christy’s office since she is the one who prescribed it. The nurse who called back just told me to check with my primary. Umm, hello. Your office prescribed the meds. Christy should be able to answer a simple question about medicine SHE PRESCRIBED! Clearly she can’t so don’t waste your time with her or her nurse.

Chrissy is patient, takes time to explain things, and has a gentle bedside manner. I think she is wonderful and would recommend her to anyone

I have seen Christine Hepperlen for this pregnancy. I asked her questions during multiple visits pertaining to hernia, Covid, back to back pregnancy, urine issues, and more and I’ve always been told “common in pregnancy” or no thorough answers. I trusted her. Until, my birthday 3/19/22. That day was physically miserable. My other doctor on call, told me to go to er. I did follow up with OB because of pregnancy and she personally called and said “Do not call on call doctor or go to ER for little things” and asked me if I wanted the next available appointment unconcerned About my urine. I asked if it was important to her. She changed her mind automatically and said we should watch it and I verified that she wanted me to watch it and wait a month until my next appointment. Automatically switched hospitals. I hope she realizes 100% where she went wrong, she was absolutely unprofessional. Never directed my call to this doctors team, only to Dr Whittman team on 3/21/22. She was wrong!

I was referred to the office because of some issues with a CT scan and ultrasound. Christine was very thorough in providing options and detailed in explaining what may be going on. She took the time to do an exam and scheduled an appt to discuss the findings a week later. She also answered some questions and provided some resources for other issues. She was incredibly professional and personable. I would highly recommend seeing her.

She is kind and understanding and super educational

Excellent job at validating concerns and does a great job at explaining . Took her time in appointment. Is very accommodating and professional .
