Dr. Christine Kniffen, OD

The wait time is the worst. I respect their time by being on time and expect the same consideration. Either the staff need scheduling training or they all need time management training but after 4 visits to this place I will not go back

Dr Kniffen was excellent. I am an M D , she did not know that. I was very impressed with her knowledge, her bedside manner, she spent an inordinate amount of time with me explaining important information. I’m sold. Her staff was unusually pleasant and helpful. They won 3 new patients, and I will recommend to my patients as well. Thank you Casey optical. I plan to support you. You

I had my first visit with Dr. Kniffen yesterday and was very impressed by her, the staff, and the incredible equipment they use! Dr. Kniffen was so professional,knowledgeable and super friendly! Dr. Kniffen actually took care of my issue and helped me see, other offices I’ve been to just examined my eyesight changed my prescription if necessary and sent me on my way. Dr.kniffen took time with me, even tho the office was busy I was made to feel like I was the only one there! I felt like her staff was personally trained by her. Very professional,friendly and knowledgeable! They were all very patient with their patients! Would recommend Casey optical to everyone

Doctor Kniffen is a great docto but her office staff will not schedule appointments, update prescriptions, and is VERY RUDE AND DISREPECTIVE TO THE CUSTOMERS
