It's been over 10 years since I've seen Dr. Nayal but I remember how understanding she was and I would cry she would cry a little too, that's what made me comfortable to talk to her. There was one thing she stressed to me and that was I should return back to school so I can have some closure in my life being that I was dealing with losing my mother and healing my relationships with my father and Sister at the time. Well, I graduated In 2016 with my Bachelors in Liberal Arts from College of New Rochelle and my relationship and I was able to reach out to my dad and sister and work our relationships out at the time. I came across old paper work from Dr. Nayal and I wanted to thank her. I pray she reads this.
