Horrible Dr.
I have on n off bad asthma where I have almost died a few times. I called my primary physician and they couldn’t get me in, so they told me to go to the walk-in urgent care. So I did and Christine Phillips is the doctor that was provided to me for my urgent care. My blood oxygen level was between 88 and 89(not good). She would not prescribe me prednisone and did absolutely nothing for me to breathe. She gave me an appointment with a doctor in two days. I asked to speak to a different doctor and she lied to my face and said that there was nobody else to speak to. I went to the reception on my way out and they said there was two OTHER urgent care doctor's available at this time. I think she doesn’t deserve to be a doctor, bad attitude, she raised her voice, lied, and didn’t attempt to help. Seriously, what kind of person doesn’t help someone in need of help breathing, I am just appalled. My oxygen level is now at 86 bc she neglected to attend to my health entirely.
