Chris has changed my life in more ways than I can count. She is very patient with me and always makes me see things from a more positive point of view. She continues to change my inner dialogue and silence some of the self sabotage. Trauma work, parts work, compassion, professionalism, always striving for learning and new techniques, Chris is the epitome of mental health care. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her! This isn’t your usual “talk therapy” where you’re told to exercise, get a hobby, go out in the fresh air approach that just hasn’t worked for me in the past. This is deep, intense (in a good way) work and allows me to leave my home occasionally. Her words of encouragement, reframing and reorienting when in a flashback, panic attack or state of dissociation always bring me to a place of peace. Thank you, Chris. You a truly a gift to this world.

She was welcoming and knowledgeable, kind and inclusive. Chris was the almost perfect blend of charisma and calm. She always made sure to take my preferences into account amd her office was instantly calming. She continues to learn how better to help people on her own time, which I think shows how committed she is. Have recommend and will continue to recommend her to anyone that needs help.
