He's not a Dr, he's a PA, which I just found out. My ins co denied a very necessary procedure.I requested Mr. Bartlett have a pier review with my ins co to explain the medical necessity.After weeks, he never did the review & staff at his office said it was just too difficult for him to set aside the time.I had to dispute it myself, & got the procedure approved.I was assured he would contact me w/the results. No call. I had to get the findings from the MRI/radiology company myself. Go elsewhere!
