Unprofessional, unsupportive, and could sometimes be unfriendly. He was often 10-15 minutes late getting me from the lobby. And then I got at most 15 minutes of individual attention out of a 45-60 min session which didn’t leave much time to go over any questions. If I had questions or concerns, he brushed over them. Whenever I was given a new exercise, he would watch me for maybe 1-2 reps before going elsewhere. Often times it felt like he was just winging my sessions. Go to a PT that will actually give you 1-on-1 attention and is invested in your wellbeing and recovery. There’s plenty in the DMV that will give you that time and effort.

Chris Cousins is the Gold Standard for physical therapists. He made every appointment interesting, so much so that I found myself actually looking forward to them. He chose a variety of exercises, and kept the time spent at them interesting with intelligent and lively conversation. Highly recommended!
