He was very quick to leave. Only with him for five minutes as a new patient. Waited for almost 30 minutes.

Professional, Intelligent and Informative!
Telehealth
I have been a patient of Chris's at New River Urology for 7 years. As a lifelong kidney-stone-maker, I started going to NRU after not being pleased with my Savannah doctor. Chris Egan changed my life! Chris and the NRU Team had me go through several diagnostic measures, and advised me of a plan to take care of my problem. Since then, I haven't had a stone event in over 7 years. He always asks questions and advises if there are any medicines or lifestyle changes that can correct an issue. Chris is obviously very knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills that in my opinion, makes him the best I have been around. His hydration plan alone changed my life for the better.I highly recommend Chris Egan and the NRU Team!

Disappointing.
It was disappointing to be scheduled with a PA that I never met to deliver the results of my biopsy- especially since the news was devastating. It would have been much better to have been scheduled with the provider who performed the testing. Additionally, I had questions after leaving and this provider never returned my call. At this point I am unsure of who is in charge of my care going forward.
