Chris Englert is excellent, and I would refer to others to him but they now collect payment at the end of the visit instead of the beginning of the visit so there was a long line of people waiting to check out and leave. When I am done, I want to leave and not be there another 15 minutes in line.

The front office was extremely organized and efficient. The lobby was busy, but I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Dr. Englert took care of my issue at my first visit.

All of my questions were addressed. He was professional and courteous.

My primary reason for going in was a spot on my face that appeared suddenly and concerned me. He assured me that it was non cancerous. Great. Now, when I asked him if I could do anything to lighten the spot, he said “yeah if you want to bleach your face like Michael Jackson”. After leaving the office a two minute internet search provided me with no less than seven possible options that could/should have been discussed but weren’t. I also asked about nail fungus which is probably not a dermatologist’s specialty but he said that he was trained to deal with it. Without looking at my toes he essentially told me that I’m getting older and should just accept it. I was hoping that someone charging that much money for a 3-4 minute interaction would offer me real world options to deal with my concerns. I felt like was quickly dismissed to move in to the next mark.

He was right on schedule for the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and able to explain exactly what was going on and addressed my concerns. I would 100% recommend him and the Advanced Dermatology office
