I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Hartley at his fist job in Altoona Pa. He taught me allot about muscles and how to evaluate a person to know what to work on muscle wise. He also helped me by rehabing me after a skiing accident I had at Blue Knob ski resort. He is a remarkable doctor and a wonderful person! I personally saw him help several people with both structural and traumatic accident issues. I strongly recommend him to all age groups. Thanks Jonathan

I've been a patient of Dr. Hartley's for nearly 5 yrs now. I never wait; and Dr. Hartley always takes care of my problem. I am never rushed. He spends quality time doing the job right the first time. I highly recommend Dr. Hartley to anyone!
