I didn't stay for my appointment because only two people were wearing masks and they were not interacting with patients. Christopher Noffsinger and the front desk person were both without a mask. This is not acceptable at this time. There were several elderly adults in there at the time. They also require you to sign a statement saying you have received a privacy statement, which you have not nor will because they do not offer one! This behavior is totally unprofessional and possible unlawful in the signature request. If they are not following these important procedures what are they not doing or doing to their patients we don't see? I would advice anyone seeking their help to reconsider. There are other for profit companies to choose from in this area. Better safe than sorry.
