Chris is kind, gentle, and supportive. He's an excellent therapist for anyone with a history of trauma. As a female with CPTSD, that's saying a lot. I started seeing Chris for EMDR therapy. He is a very good practitioner of that modality. I highly recommend his services.

He has an amazing ability to listen and evaluate your thoughts and feelings, and rephrase them in a way that is concise and gets to the core of your issue. He also has an incredible ability to make you look at things from all sides, while still feeling supported. He challenges you to see issues completely, while still validating your feelings, so that you can truly process them. As I stated he is always learning new therapeutic methods, and working to fine tune the ones he has. I have seen AMAZING results in a short amount of time working with him.
