Had to book appt almost 2 months out. I show up for it, and when I walk in, they tell me "Oh we were just about to call you, we're not taking new patients with your prognosis" So after the referral time, the wait time, they waste months of my time, and then driving through rush hour to top it all off, to cancel on me. Where's my late cancellation fee, huh? So now I get to do the wait all over again, for a different doctor after being dicked around by Ms Kutz, because she didn't look at my file.

Pretty sure she didn't hear a word that was said. She is either over her head and doesn't really know what she is doing or she just doesn't care about what the patient is saying.
