Seen for medication management, with no changes. Refused refill of one medication outright and failed to call in refill of antidepressant of 4 years, despite numerous emails and phone calls. My medication was not only denied, but when the office finally called a week later, it was to charge me a fee. Ms. Barnhill’s refusal to call in a refill on a prescription I have been taking for 4 years, led to Antidepressant Withdrawal Syndrome w/tremors, nausea and migraine that still has not resolved.
