Cindy is an arrogant nit wit. The only thing she has going for her is that her husband gave her a job that she wasn't qualified for and the staff of the whole office lives are miserable just for having to listen to her big mouth all day. I personally saw this lady belittle a man that was obviously struggling with his health and all he ask of the woman was an earlier appointment available. She ridiculed him and called him a liar. I later heard that he went to Duke and got the help he deserved
