The way she handled my complaint (Non-medical)Failures of Phidicall Therapist to visit me. IT took 6days post Op for first visit. The surgical procedure was great. No problem there. Assisted Home Health fsiled to provide a Physical Therspist.Cindy May was unable to Find a solution to this problem. Or your CSMC system failed to resolve my problem.
