A Bad Trip to Firefly Pediatrics
One of the worst doctor experiences of my life today with this women. I would give negative stars if I could. I will never visit any location that employs her again. Today I was at Firefly Pediatrics on High Ridge Road. After confirming ear infections in my very visibly sick 5 year old daughter Ms. Wechsler handed me a piece of paper prescription for amoxicillin. She explained it is running low in the area so she did not want to call it in because "I need to re-write the prescription if a specific pharmacy is out. This way you can just check multiple pharmacies." After confirm this drug has been off the shelves for 2 months my wife went back to the office and Cindy told her "WE don't know what pharmacies have. Just call them yourself" She then ran out promptly at 5 PM just 10 min after my wife showed up at 5, locking the door in front of her and saying "we cant wait around all night." Shame on you Cindy. How dare you push the care onto a patient. Sleep well tonight, I wont.
