Claire Decelles did a great job at outlining the multiple possible diagnoses with a plan for how to rule out options successively. So many doctors merely prescribe a treatment without telling you what they think the problem is or how to exclude certain diagnoses, so this was refreshing and quite helpful.

Provider never touched the patient, all information was provided verbally, could have been done remotely. We traveled 2 1/2 hours in a snowstorm to be there and when we arrived they said, sorry, you missed your appointment
