My mother a 70 year old patient of hers who has copd emphysema a paralyzed diaphragm and diabetes was feeling not so well. She refused to see her in her office because she might have Covid or flu. She needed to go to urgent care to be tested before she would see her in office/ this woman is a joke. Who send their senior patients elsewhere. Needless to say my mom tested negative. Her blood sugar was in 400s and that's what was causing her symptoms to be similar. Do not recommend go elsewhere. You should be ever turn away your senior patients Mrs. Guldens

Made me feel ashamed of medication I was taking for other health conditions. Did not examine me at all when I told her I was sick. Disregarded me and made me feel belittled as a person. Waited months for this appointment, got all my records together, only to be treated as if someone with a mental health issue doesn't deserve to treated with respect. Left the office crying and had to stop at an urgent care on the way home because she refused to test, examine, or give me medication for a current issue.

I have always had a very positive experience with Claire. She has been treating me and prescribing my meds for years. She has always been attentive and on point with her care. No complaint here.

does not care anymore after 20 years just wants you in and out. only wants to refer you to someone else.

Several times I left the office crying in frustration because of how unheard and uncared for I felt after a visit with Claire. I would go in for cold like symptoms and she would ignore my concerns and ask something totally unrelated like whether I was medicated yet for my ADHD (which was not a pressing concern of mine and was in no way affecting my cold symptoms or the current visit, so I found it wildly unprofessional of her to bring it up in such a way). After the third visit in a row of her ignoring the reason for my visit and getting testy if I tried to bring it up again I finally had enough and have not been back since. It seems that some people have good experiences with her. I guess she is capable of being kind and patient. But if you aren't on her good side you will not receive proper care or attention.

What I love about her is that she tells it like it is and pulls no punches in a compassionate way. That said she will tell you Exactly what you need to do become healthy. I would recommend her to anyone in my family or my friends in a heartbeat. She is personally responsible for getting my health back in line with where it should be.

She is a wonderful person and very knowledgeable, HOWEVER she will only refer you to a specialist and will NEVER prescribe you anything. If your insurance allows to skip the whole BS referral process please don’t bother seeing her. She isn’t personal because she sits behind her lab-top typing away and doesn’t really give you her undivided attention you most certainly deserve. I’ve been seeing her for 2 years and I finally had enough because she refuses to put her name on any type of recommended treatment plan.

Do not go to this person. She is not a doctor. See my other negative review and you will never want to even go into this office. She got the one star because it is required to rate with at least 1 star in order to submit the review. Subtract the one star from me. I give her no star.

Competent, knowledgeable, personable, good listener. Have been a patient for about 4 years now after my former primary care physician passed away. Office personnel are courteous and cooperative. Always a satisfactory visit to this office.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I've seen Claire for 18 years, and have ALWAYS been treated with Respect and the utmost Professionalism. Claire is intricately involved in coordinating care with specialists. Plus often researches unusual issues and is not afraid of "thinking outside the box". She is absolutely the BEST at disseminating complex info from different modalities and laying out a comprehensive treatment plan. Very little staff turnover which speaks volumes for this office.
