Clara has been my therapist for several years, I cherish all her advise eventhough she's extremely obstinate when it comes to having come out of my comfort zone. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have her in my life. I'm so glad that when I'm at my most anxious I can reach out to her and she can talk me down. I highly recommend her as a therapist.

I have been seeing Clara for some time and she has helped me learn to be mindful and live in the present. I have learned what I can and what I can't control and take responsibility for my own feelings and reactions. She has taught me to be a better communicator.
