She is awesome! She takes and her and listens to your concerns. I value that above time, everyone is always in a hurry and mad when they aren't treated like a person instead of a patient but Claudia treats you like family!

I have visited this office three times. I have nothing but great things to say about my other providers and specialists within the HH system, but this one just didn't do it for me. Every visit I make sure to schedule on my lunch hour, which is 1-2pm. I work down the road so this is a quick stop for me. The first two visits, I have waited between 30-45 minutes in the room for Claudia Agnew to come see me, even if I show up 15-20 minutes early. I have no doubt she is a thorough PA and shows concern/attention to detail, but the wait times are absolutely ridiculous, and the other staff is not helpful or communicative. My third visit was my last straw. I showed up at 12:45 (they close for lunch 12-1). I was the first to check in, but the third to go back to a room. I waited in the room for over an hour when I decided to just leave. The front desk staff was too busy talking amongst themselves to even notice I left.On top of this, the whole office smells like cigarette smoke...
