All around pleased with the practice and with Clifford Amos.

Dismissive and rude provider. I tried using their online booking tool to make a skin cancer screening appt. It forced me to do telehealth but I was clear about why I was making the appointment. A skin check and assessment of a suspicious mole. At the time of the appt. Dr. Amos showed visible annoyance that I was a new patient. Asked me a couple of administrative questions and then asked why I was there. I restated why, he scoffed and said that couldn't be done online. I relayed the issues. He told me that makes no sense and I should just call. I asked what could be done, and indicated I had pictures. He said "I'm probably just going to tell you it's fine" and that was the end of the appt. He literally spent 3 minutes with me for a televisit, dismissed my concerns, made me feel stupid and then charged me anyway. FOR THREE MINUTES!

All of his staff were helpful, fast and friendly with skin checks, insurance, etc.

I had a curious small growth under my left eye. Looking at photos from 2018, it didn't exist. But eventually became a concern. Finding a good Dermatologist is more difficult than you might think. I made the appointment yesterday, having located the facility and then filling out the required paperwork. Today, everything happened expeditiously and professionally. That unhealthy and unwanted visitor under my left eye (Basal Cell Skin Cancer) was quickly handled for biopsy. Clifford Amos and his support staff reflect great credit upon themselves and their chosen profession. Outstanding in all regards. Thank you for what you do.

I was taken on time and did not have to wait long. Clifford Amos is great at what he does, explains everything so that it is clear to the patient, has a sense of humor and personality, and never has the patient leave without the opportunity to ask questions.

Still my 3rd day waiting to hear from someone on that practice. Very dissatisfied with customer service.

Wish I had read reviews about 'Dr.' Clifford Amos before I saw him. He, nor his assistant, knew what medication I'm currently taking. When I told them it doesn't work, he started listing off several medications. I have tried all of them and either they never worked or stopped working for me. Finally he asks me (with attitude) 'what medication do you want?'. He basically tells me there's no other options and that I need to lower my expectations for having clear skin.On my way out, I complained to the ladies at the front desk about the arrogance and lack of knowledge or care of this 'doctor'. Then Cliff comes out to try to explain himself, that he was trying to have a conversation with me about my medications. I responded that had he looked at my chart, he would've known. He either said he had nothing to do 2 hours ago and looked at my chart or he had nothing to do for 2 hours and looked at my chart, but it was obvious that he didn't.

Very pleased. Was able to get same day appointment as a new patient. Clifford was very attentive, gave me options and proceeded from there. He was very knowledgeable about my issue and gave me a better understanding.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our visit with the PA but the women at the front desk were lovely & friendly. The PA was in with us for 3 min! Yes I clocked it. He was rude, short and disagreed with us about medications. I was shocked! We will be finding a new place. It’s a shame because it’s a great location for us.

His patience, thoroughness, and calming manner are extraordinary.

Clifford was very thorough and explained everything very well.

Competent, efficient, and reassuring, we could not have asked for more, and we will make Clifford our dermatologist of choice.

Only good things I have to say about my husband’s and my first experience with doctor Amos and his staff. Very friendly, caring and dr. Amos took his time with us to diagnose and address our skin concerns. Will follow up in about 1 month after the recommended treatment. I highly recommend dr. Amos and his practice.

Had a great presence. Made me relax immediately. The kind of person you want to meet when you go to the doctor worried about what he’s going to find.

Dr Amos is a good attentive listener. I was not asked to pay extra for his nice sense of humor, but I would have been glad to do so. Kindness and good hearted humor are infectious and they go along way with professional medical help. He and his office personnel are direct, concise and a great team. Dr Amos was referred to me by my family doctor who promised me that I would be happy with Advanced Dermatology and he was right. Thank you for your kind attention and your patience with patients.

First, the wait time was very short and much appreciated so I could return to work. Secondly, Dr. Amos was very polite and thorough and explained the process to remove the skin tag. Appreciate his kindness.
