Cliff is the best! I fractured my ankle in 2015 and my doctor gave me a list of local (Manhattan) gyms that offered PT. I lucked out and was assigned to Cliff. I had experienced physical therapy in the past for other injuries however this was different. I felt that Cliff really cared. He followed up each session by emailing me videos of the exercises so I could do them at home in between sessions with him. No other PT had ever done that before. At the beginning of 2021, I had a bout of Sciatica, and my doctor gave me a script for PT. I managed to track Cliff down as he’s now in Philadelphia. He came to my home once a month and followed up weekly via Zoom. I’m back to my ole self again thanks to him. He also recommended a great personal trainer as I was too sedentary. I highly recommend Cliff.
