Was not happy with my experience with his new staff. Sorry to see his old staff is gone. A couple of weeks ago I had the staff put in some new lenses. Waited outside the building for 35 minutes before calling to find out what the problem was. They said one of the set screws had stripped. They ordered new frames. Went in to get them. Again had to wait outside. 35 minutes later they came out and said they had difficulty installing the lense. Never had theses issues in the past. Have always liked to see Dr Sproul, but his staff I am caring for. Might need to look elsewhere.
