Athletic Advantage is amazing especially if your daughter is a dancer. Our daughter had been in a leg brace for over 8 months due to ACL and meniscus surgeries (had regular PT during that time) but when we switched her to Cody and Athletic Advantage-what a difference! A month later she was able to dance in her senior drill team spring show after no dancing at all the entire year. The 2 hour round trip drive is so worth it to us! Just go!!
