LOVE THE PA, DISAPPOINTED WITH THE OFFICE STAFF I was originally with William Eaton, but he left and Cody Tapp took over. The transition was smooth and Cody is very professional and knowledgeable. The only difficulty is making an appointment. Often times I will call, be placed on hold, and after 10 minutes of hold, they hang up. The office seems as if I am intruding on their time and it's hit and miss with friendliness. Customer service is completely lacking.
