Grades Don't Make a Good Counselor
Unfortunately I had a disappointing experience with Ms. Tolley. Despite her education, she was condescending, victim blaming, frequently talked about herself, and provided little meaningful help. She based her conclusions on fragmented information rather than using proper diagnostic tools. Her unprofessional behavior, such as saying, 'If you repeat that, I'll deny it,' eroded my trust. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking thoughtful and evidence-based counseling.
