Quality has slipped
Dr Kilcillen was good, and then one day it's like she just completely stopped caring. She became difficult to get a hold of, lazy about sending prescriptions, and made a stupid mistake with my meds that could've sent me to the hospital, which I had to fix by myself. I have no trust in her

Colleen is extremely knowledgeable and patient focused. She has excellent diagnostic and treatment knowledge and skill and the patient care experience of a fantastic nurse. I have been under Colleens care for 2 years and have recommended many of my friends to try her out. They all love her! If she feels you need more specialized care in a particular situation she does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist.
