Super helpful and took her time to hear my issues
I was not rushed at all. Every one of my complaints were adequately evaluated even though I dont think my appointment alloted for enough time. Colleen was super thorough and kind. She made me feel very comfortable. I have now made appointments for my two daughters to see her for their annual exams instead of who they were seeing prior.

Not friendly and made my daughters very uncomfortable.

I have been a patient of Colleen's for the last 3 years, and I simply wouldn't go to anyone else. Whether it is an annual exam or if I am having a problem, she is always very professional, extremely considerate and empathetic. She is so easy to talk to and spends time answering all my questions and concerns. I recommended her to 3 of my friends who are now her satisfied patients as well.

My experience was upsetting. Colleen Lenard was rude, callous, and unprofessional. She failed to timely follow up with me. She was not familiar with my medical file when she did finally follow up with me and she impeded my efforts at following up with the doctor who presumably was overseeing her care of me. I receive two different recommended courses of action (relative to a possible cancer diagnosis) from two different PAs at the office. They were dismissive of the concerns I expressed.
