Incredibly rude and self important. While performing my annual she left the speculum inside of me, got up and started rummaging around in drawers looking "for something".
Wholly do not recommend.

I have been a patient of Colleen for over five years and for the first time in my 70 years have I completely trusted some one with my health care. Colleen has many approaches to health care and doesn’t have tunnel vision when it comes to looking at your medical situation. She is treating you the individual and not treating you as a statistic. She is way more through in her approach to health care than most MD and believes in treating the patients whole health perspective and not just a particular situation. Colleen also tries to educate you on all your health issues. The most important things in my life are family and friends and I’ve referred many to Colleen.

Colleen and her staff are always attentive. She saved my life. She knew in 30 seconds I did not have the Flu, but a parasitic infection from bad well water. She was superb.

She misdiagnosed me and made light of my symptoms. Later, I ended up at the hospital with a problem she could have prevented. I sought care with her because she was integrative, she demonstrated no knowledge of holistic care. She even demonstrated the God-complex saying she saw my rare diagnosis/condition all the time when a specialist in Boston had never had a single case of my condition in her 30 year career. She also ignored traditional standard of care, under-prescribed an antibiotic by half the amount. If she consulted one of the many references for doctors and nurses she could avoid these mistakes.

Overall her approach works very well for me with a result of improved health.

I never experienced follow through with her office. I was specific that I did not want nor could have Rxs because of stomach issues but that is all she would prescribe. She had no back up plan to offer me and pretty much let me know I was the problem! I found her to be dismissive and always blaming me. Not enough support for me and very disappointed from a professional. I think she has too much on her plate and it is obvious.

Colleen is the most caring practitioner - she practices lifestyle, integrative medicine- taking the time to listen and understand the underlying cause of your symptoms- and using meds as a last resort if needed- she has more in her toolbox than a prescription pad. I would highly recommend Colleen if you are sick of doctors just offering you another prescription and 15 min. appointments.

Colleen Tetzlaff is a great Dr. She is caring, attentive, she listens and works with you for solutions. I don't have to wade through a series of unending front desk people for an appointment or to speak with Colleen. Her consergy services with access on her website or direct text are empowering.

Colleen is a kind provider who listens intently and provides alternative healthcare options. She was the only provider to figure out what was wrong with my body. We worked together to come up with a holistic plan to control my symptoms through changes in diet and lifestyle. Through her recommendations, I discovered the food sensitivities that were causing my body to become extremely inflamed. I also was able to determine that I had an autoimmune condition that other providers could not find. Functional medicine is the way to go. No one needs to be on medication for the rest of their lives when a simple change can help. Because of Colleen, I am able to use her as my sole provider and drop three specialists.

Love working with Colleen, key word, work with. She works with me on my health and spends a lot of time with me when I am at an appointment because of the concierge services. She is open to listen and look beyond the norm, treating everyone as an individual. Been a patient for years and satisfied.

After learning that I had Hashimotos Thyroiditis, I searched for years to find a doctor that knew what I could do about it besides "wait until it got bad enough to treat". Needless to say, by the time I saw Colleen, my anxiety and distrust of care practitioners had skyrocketed, and my symptoms were increasing. Colleen took the time to sit down with me several times, and explain the path I needed to get on. It wasn't easy for me, but Colleen was always compassionate, honest, and direct- an element missing from many doctors these days. I love that she is in a small office, and that I can contact her almost anytime. Carol at the front desk is also amazing! She is so on top of my needs and requests.. the swiftness and efficiency of her work has really rounded out the ideal medical care for me. I feel so much relief from my symptoms, and my mistrust. I highly recommend for anyone who is not just looking for immediate relief-but the path to real long lasting treatment of their condition.

I really like the way Colleen listens to my thoughts and feelings about my health and treatment. She doesn’t just dictate a cookie cutter treatment to you but considers and talks over with you different approaches and helps you decide what way you want to go. It is very refreshing to be treated this way by a healthcare professional!

Colleen is knowledgeable, caring and extremely hard working. She takes her patients health seriously and is willing to spend the extra time to ensure their health is handled properly. She truly cares and works hard to get to the root of her patients concerns. I worked for her in her practice and saw this first hand.
