Cares about and listens to patients
Over the last 6 months, Connie has really helped me get and keep my T2 diabetes under control. Very informative, always listens to all the questions I have, and takes time to ensure I understand treatment options. Laid back and easy going as well! Also very responsive to messages, both over the phone and using the patient portal. Should have switched to her as my PCP a long time ago. Connie and the rest of the staff at Long Hollow are amazing!
